The group is established in Harare with Glenworx as its founding division — built around mining, construction, civil works, and engineering services. Early contracts focus on earthworks and mining support across Zimbabwe.

The group enters hospitality with Glenleisure — bringing the Glenrise standard of care to Zimbabwe's leisure and facility management sectors. The flagship houseboat Madamburo begins operations on Zimbabwe's waterways.
Glenleisure offers premier cruises, boat weddings, and curated waterborne experiences — carving out a distinctive niche in a market hungry for well-managed, professionally operated leisure assets.
The division's launch completes the group's three-pillar structure: industrial, supply, and hospitality. Three different markets, one unified culture of excellence and accountability.
Today Glenrise runs as a fully coordinated group — heavy industry, supply, and hospitality — with a deep human resource base of engineers, surveyors, artisans, miners, operators, and hospitality professionals.
